本認證培訓課程是以培育能解決永續問題，同時又能為組織創造商業價值與社會價值的ESG項目之實作能力，即創價型的ESG永續人才。授證單位為國際知名學府，美國加州大學柏克萊分校 Berkeley Haas 商學院。本課程以創價型ESG與AI為學習主軸，以及3I學習方式：開放式創新(Open Innovation, OI)的精神與商業模式、AI的應用、社會創新(Social Innovation, SI)的方法學，並經過矽谷實業家的ESG項目輔導以及個案實作演練，培育解題又變現、義利兼得的永續人才。
本課程採線上授課，讓您免飛美國、在地輕鬆學習，並另外提供在UC Berkeley與矽谷的實地訪學服務。
每週 4 小時，共計 13 週；上課方式為課程講授、專題演講與討論、項目輔導、實作練習，以及成果發表(小組)。
本認證課程聚焦在創造商業價值與社會價值的實作能力養成。
培訓的師資(講授、專題、輔導)來自於 UC Berkeley 的 Berkeley Haas 商學院教授群與矽谷實業家，為學員提供最前緣與實務的國際趨勢洞見與ESG項目培力。

學員除了學習需具備一定的出席率外(85%以上)，並必須接受業師的項目輔導，以及進行成果發表，項目經評審專家決議通過後方可領取證書。完成上述條件，學員將可領取 Berkeley Haas 的英文證書。
