作者簡介：

Hong Lysa, formerly with the History Department of the National University of Singapore, has been an independent scholar since 2000. From 2005 to 2007, she was a senior visiting fellow at her former department.

Huang Jianli is an associate professor in the History Department of the National University of Singapore.
