一隻瀕臨絕種的藍色金剛鸚鵡阿藍從小與主人琳達相依為命。有一天，一位來自南美洲的鳥類專家前來拜訪琳達，希望能幫阿藍配對，藉此培育更多下一代。於是琳達帶著阿藍來到了巴西里約，要與母鸚鵡珠兒見面。
