作者簡介：

 T利國，筆名浩洲，杭州人，現
旅居加拿大溫哥華。
    第一零售網  (w w w．
topretailing．com)創始人兼總
編。1 996年4月加入法國家樂福集
團，任中國區全國發展總監，是家
樂福中國區的首位雇員。負責家樂
福中國區籌建，制定全國發展戰略
和規劃，挑選合作夥伴，開展合資
企業談判以及門店選址、可行性分析、全國法律事務和政府
媒體關係。
    2000年10月加盟北京物美集團，任物美大賣場公司董
事總經理，創建了物美大賣場。曾在原國家外經貿部中國國
際經濟技術交流中心任職七年，負責國際民間組織和聯合國
專案的編制和執行工作。
    1 989年畢業於中國社會科學院新聞系英語採訪與編輯專
業，獲法學碩士學位。研究生期間曾在新華社國際部實習。

Richard Ding, born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, is
founder and chief editor of topretailing.com, currently
residing in Vancouver, Canada.
Richard was one of the pioneers of Carrefour China
as national development director. He led his team to
establish joint ventures and open 26 stores in 16 ma]or
cities across the country.
Richard was the founder and main architect of the
hypermarket arm of the Wumei group, one of China' s
leading retailers.
Before joining Carrefour, Richard worked for the former
MOFTEC (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-
operation) for seven years, as program manager in
China International Center for Economic and Technical
Exchanges (ClCETE) affiliated with MOFTEC in charge
of programming and execution of UNDP and
international NGO projects.
Richard obtained his BA in 1987 and ML from the
Journalism Department of the Graduate School of the
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) in 1989.
