作者簡介：

Professor William I. Wei and Professor Stephen W. K. Cheng are division chiefs in the Department of Surgery, the University of Hong Kong. William Wei is the Li Shu Pui Chair Professor in Surgery. Stephen Cheng is the Serena H.C. Yang Professor in Vascular Surgery. Dr Anthony Ng, a former member of the same department, is now in private practice.
