相信大家都曾有過相同的經驗,就是在職場上與同事、客戶或者是上司的英文對話中有時會出現“卡住”或是“冷場”的狀況,這樣除了會造成自己本身對開口說英文的挫敗感,有時也會讓上司覺得自己的英文程度不佳,甚至嚴重一點的,可能會在商業談判當中錯失先機。有鑑於此,在《上班族一開口就會的英語溝通術》這一本書當中,我們設計了50種在職場上最常發生的情境,並以對話的方式呈現。在情境對話當中收錄可能會遇到的問題,以及應對的對策及回答方式,希望能加深讀者的印象,並能更進一步的簡單運用在日常的職場生活上。
在本書中,除了有由不同立場角度出發的情境對話之外,還收錄了一些常用的單字、片語以及俚語,並加上例句或是相關的由來解說,讓讀者能在這一些單字、片語及俚語的使用上能夠更加的得心應手。在對話當中,加入一些常用但容易被混淆的文法觀念的句子,以對話的情境加上簡單的文法解釋,讓該文法的使用方式更能簡單易懂,希望讀者在職場中能更清楚明白的表達自己的意見,為自己的表現加分,為自己在職場上的英文社交能力加分!
